Singer Wynonna Judd Charged With DUI

(New York-WABC, November 12, 2003) � Police in Nashville arrested country singer Wynonna Judd this morning and charged her with driving under the influence. They stopped her after clocking her Land Rover going 47-miles-an-hour in a 30-mile-an-hour zone. Police say Judd consented to a breath test after they smelled alcohol and saw the condition of her eyes.

They say Judd registered twice the legal limit of .08.
