yeah, while doing internet fraud detection for my company, i must say, bank of fuckups sucks the most!! the hold times are outrageous and then half the damn time they dont speak english or have a fucking attitude for no reason!! i am so glad they aren't my bank....you have my condolences girl...i hate that damn bank
