Spandex is bad unless you are in shape. If you have more than a 30% body fat, please refrain from wearing it.
There is no need to stomp when you are on the treadmill. Walking like a normal person will suffice.
Gentlemen, I am here to work out. Not to be an object of your testoterone laden attempts at impressing me by loading more weight on to the bench press while winking at me. Also I am married...I don't wear the ring when I am working out because as I am getting skinnier it tends to slip off when I am working out.
Ladies, while I admire that you like to workout in groups, this a gym not a social hour. If I want to use the machine that you are using as a seat but not actually using to workout with while you chat about Dr. Phil would you please move.

So we the banished from the Indigo Girls BBS are writing letters to management. Here is mine......
Dear Mr. Carter,
I joined the Indigo Girls BBS as a means to meet other fans and to get information about the band and their music. I enjoyed and appreciated being able to get up to date tour information through other members of board, as this information was not readily available through the official website. I also enjoyed the camaraderie of the members and was able to meet several other fans and form friendships.
Recently, however, I was banned from the message board without explanation. Earlier in the day on May 17, threads disappeared and several members where unable to access the page. I posted to a thread questioning what was occurring because I was confused and just wanted to know what was going on. When I checked my email the next morning, I was banned for "disruptive behavior". I came to find out that at least 12 other members of the BBS were also banned stating the same reason.
I have been a fan of the Indigo Girls for 13 years and their music is very important to me. The Indigo Girls have a strong fan base and we use the BBS to communicate with each other. We discuss their music but we also bond with each other through conversations about other topics. We discuss politics, activism and daily occurrences in our lives. We find support from friends all over the world. This bond between the people who post in the BBS is a testament to the message that Indigo Girls music spreads. Other fans can join this board and realize this. I believe this is very important to the success of Amy and Emily's music.
Recently, however, board traffic is down. People are afraid to post for fear of being banned. I know that the Indigo Girls would not approve of their fans being treated this way. If I have learned anything from their music, it is to stand up for what is right and to strive for peace, so I encourage you to do the same and look into this matter so that the BBS can once again spread the message of the Indigo Girls.
So the Charles Manson movie was alright....it seemed like they spent a lot of time building story and then tried to tie everything up in the last 15 minutes and then did those dumb paragraphs at the end of the movie where they update you. I hate when movies fucking do that. How about you try to incorporate it into the movie if it is that important?
I reviewed the tape and indeed MTV totally made it seem like the episode on Monday was going to be the finale. They did so in several commercials and in the hour long special prior to showing the so called "finale". I think it is total false advertising. I am considering filing suit.
