I have been a fan of yours for many many years. My friend, Angela, loved you and we went to your shows back when you played smoky little bars in Chicago. We went to Lillith Fair to see you in particular. We listened to Exile in Guyville constantly. I loved your cutting edge music and your experimental nature with your lyrics. But then you sold out. This disappointed me. You went mainstream and now you make bubblegum pop music that teenyboppers looking at whore clothes in Forever 21 sing along to. I prefer to remember you as you were. I listen to Whipsmart and WhiteChocolateSpaceEgg and remember you for the good music you used to make.
Sincerely,
Courtney
