How do you solve a problem like Maria...er Stewart?

On a side note we remembered to put the garbage in the garage so Stewart could not get into it. (We cannot crate him because he injures himself trying to get out and he screams and the neighbors complain) So this time the fucker (pardon my French) got into the cabinent and ate a whole bag of tortilla chips and a whole box of crackers. And peed on the floor...What am I going to do with him????
