you're out driving now, blasting your music with brynn and stewie (stevie...) in the car. when you were loading the pups up in your car, you told them "last time pooh was here. this time there's no pooh." that made me really sad for you. everytime i think about pooh, i get very sad. but i am so so so so amazed by you. it must be really hard for you right now,to just go on with your life. and i am sure here are moments when you just want to breakdown. no one was expecting this. just the other day, pooh fell out of your car cause he was too impatient to wait for you to lift him. i heard his barking in the background while we were on the phone. and then bam... yes, like a ton of bricks. but it makes sense that you are ok with the way things turned out. i know that it would have been so much harder for you to bring him to the vet and put him to sleep. it would have also killed you to see him in any sort of pain, even for a half second. you are so selfless when it comes to your pets. all you want for them is to be happy, healthy, and comfortable. i really wish some pet owners would emulate you - my mom has a friend with a 18 year old cat, and she just won't put the cat to sleep. muffy's on oxygen, can barely move, and has serious kidney disease. the poor cat is in pain 24-7. is that really any way to live? i hope that i never have to make a decision like that about frisco, and if i do, i hope i can be as selfless as you are. i don't know what i'm trying to say here. i know it's so hard for you, and i am here for you WHENEVER (including at 2am if need be) you need to talk, vent, laugh, or cry. i love you, sweetheart. (and don't go calling me a cheeseball now, ya hear me? ;) )

i am so sorry to read about your loss, it's never easy to lose a friend as dear as that & i'm glad it was quick & painless, i'm sure that made it a softer ordeal for both of you. putting my Irie to sleep was definitely the hardest thing i've ever had to do & i'm glad it didn't come to that for your Pooh. my thoughts are with you :)

I am so sorry to hear about Pooh. I am glad that he was a happy old frisky dog. In my opinion, that's the way to go. I know how hard the loss is for you though, big hugs!

He was a real cutie. Never an easy thing, to lose friends, furry or otherwise. My condolenses. :-(

Mom and I were remembering the day we got Charlie from Puppy Palace. Remember how small he was and how he jumped all over you guys at the kennel room. We also remembered how he snored and followed you up to your room at night for bed. Sweetie, you took very good care of him his whole life, and he loved you more than any dog loved someone. Grommie's here if you ever want him back. He and Jack are rolling around on the floor playing as we speak. We are sorry to see our beloved Chazz go, but I know he had a great life filled with love and good food. We love you Binky.
