I've always thought Southerners were nuts because they lived in that miserable heat, but Chicago has terrible weather too. AND it's bad summer and winter. I think it's Chicago and its crazy brutal weather which makes Chicagoans so fun. Nothing gets them down for long. ~LA (PS: No fighting with your dad about politics. It's hot enough already! lol!)

I had a neighbor who was like that with her kids. It's worse when it's a dog though, because dogs actually have feelings. Hey listen, if you need someone to towel off that ass sweat gimme a call. Now that I'm married, I'm getting used to performing all sorts of demeaning tasts. (BTW, 95 degrees and hazy here in NJ. Blech, even my pubes have gone limp....)

Oh my god it was hot yesterday. It was sit-in-only-your-underwear-in-front-of- the-fan-hot. Now it is cool again, thank goodness. I hate the idea of putting the air conditioner on because that's only one room of cool.
